Information Literacy Instruction

What we recommend: flipped classroom style

Students complete video tutorials housed in Blackboard to introduce critical thinking about information and basic research skills followed up with an Information Literacy Session for active learning exercises using relevant search terms and resources. (Due to Covid-19, all information literacy sessions are offered online.)

Ask a Librarian

Starting Fall 2020, the Research Support Staff will be available for assistance by phone, within Blackboard, by email, and by appointment. For electronic communications, please allow sufficient time for a librarian to respond (typically, questions submitted Sunday through Thursday are answered within 24 hours; questions submitted Friday and Saturday may take longer).
