* Student Report. This report reflects all students enrolled in credit courses at the reporting institution as of the official census date, which is the 12th class day for the Fall and Spring semesters (16-week session) and the 4th class day for each of the summer terms (6-week session). To be included in this report, students must be registered by the official census date, they must be registered for one or more Coordinating Board approved course(s) for resident credit at the reporting institution whether the course is taught on-campus or off-campus (including instructional telecommunications) and the institution must collect tuition and fees in full from the student or have a valid accounts receivable on record. To have a valid accounts receivable, the students are required to have a fully operational installment contract (in accordance with Chapter 54, Section 54.007 of the Texas Education Code by the payment due date in order to be in good standing. This includes payment of half the tuition and fees as a first installment prior to the beginning of the semester and the existence of a fully-signed contract by the payment due date. Students who withdraw from all classes on or before the official census date will not be included.
