Information for:

Interfraternity Council

The Interfraternity Council is the governing body for our five national fraternities. The purpose of the IFC is to establish and enforce the rules governing inter-fraternity relations, and to give adequate expression to the opinion of the ASU fraternal community. IFC also acts to unify the fraternities while they work toward their common values. In addition, the IFC provides various service opportunities for member fraternities to contribute to the university and the community.

The IFC Executive Board is the administrative body of the council and consists of elected representatives from the member fraternities. Each fraternity is represented by two delegates and one alternate. These men serve as the voice of their chapter on the council.

As a member of a fraternity at ASU, you are automatically considered a member of the IFC and are welcome to attend any of our meetings.
