Financial Arrangements
International Studies Scholarship
All students participating in study abroad programs are eligible for the International Studies Scholarship.
Student Costs
Student costs will vary by program, with the final amount determined early in the spring semester before the program’s departure. Approximate costs will be provided to students at the time of application.
You will be expected to pay a $500 non-refundable deposit once you have been accepted into a program, usually payable prior to the end of the fall term preceding the program. The remainder of student costs will be split into two installments: $1,500 will be due on the first Monday of February with the second payment amount and due date to be determined by the individual programs.
The initial deposit is considered a student’s commitment to the program, and all final arrangements for the program will be made on the student’s behalf. If you withdraw your application, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred on your behalf beyond the initial deposit.
You are responsible for standard ASU tuition and fees and personal spending money.
