Face Coverings

By now you know that face coverings are mandatory while on campus per a policy set by the Texas Tech University System. This means in the classroom, labs, in all common areas, walking to class and at all on-campus events, both indoor and outdoor. Exceptions include in your personal residence hall room, or while eating and drinking.

Pick Up Your Free Face Covering

While we encourage you to bring face coverings with you to campus, you will be able to get an ASU-branded face covering free of charge at multiple locations across campus by simply swiping your OneCard. Those locations are:

  • Houston Harte University Center (main entrance facing Centennial Village) from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • CHP (mall entrance) from 12 - 8 p.m.
  • The CAF, available during business hours
  • MCS Computer Lab (beginning Aug. 10) from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

We’ll also have some available at the welcome tents around campus on the first two days of classes.
