Administrative Leadership helps individuals discover and develop their administrative and leadership strengths in all areas of an organization, exploring topics ranging from managing human resources, leading departments, organizations, and institutions, overseeing professional development and training, evaluating how organizations fit within communities, designing organizational structures, and leadership skills such as: leading remotely, leading through change, leading to make a difference, and many many more areas.

Program Highlights
The administrative leadership program consists of diverse learning objectives and engages students in active learning through a variety of activities throughout each course.
This program develops critical skills for candidates to serve as strong, effective leaders and administrators.
Students are challenged in active learning through conducting interviews, developing professional development training, preparing budget analyses, and developing virtual leadership models.
Students are tasked with relevant, applicable assignments to strengthen and prepare them leading today and in the future.

Note: The GRE is NOT required for admission.
Prerequisites
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Undergraduate academic record (transcripts of all undergraduate course work).
- 2.75 undergraduate GPA or 2.75 in the last 60 hours of undergraduate course work
- The GRE test is not required for admission to the program
